Bird Flu-worst-case Scenario

There has been a lot of buzz about bird flu or the avian influenza and how it could become a global pandemic. What would a pandemic really mean? The federal government just launched a 7 billion dollar program to help the prevention and out break of a bird flu pandemic. There have only been 83 deaths from avian flu worldwide since 2003. Health experts have not yet seen evidence of human to human transmission. So what does it mean? And why is everyone so worried about a pandemic?

This new strain of flu virus would be more resistant than other normal flu strains and if it turns into a form that passes easily from person to person, we would have little immunity to it. Millions could become ill and millions would die. Once it starts to spread it could move rapidly around the world infecting millions and affecting the lives of everyone. The World Bank, which has estimated that a bird flu pandemic lasting a year could, cost the global economy up to $800 billion. The economic toll on the world economy will be catastrophic. What is the worst-case scenario and how might it develop?

Here is how a bird flu pandemic might unfold:

Outbreaks of avian flu in birds continue in several additional countries outside of Southeast Asia including Russia, Africa and the Middle East

Human cases of bird flu increase

Health experts confirm first human-to-human transmissions

Flu screening is stepped up at airports around the world for passengers coming from infected countries

Health care workers show signs of increased exposure

Air travel spreads virus to all corners of the globe within 3 months

First confirmed human transmission cases appear in Europe Russia, and the United States

Outbreaks continue, becoming more widespread reaching epidemic status

Regional stockpiles of antivirals quickly dwindle, new high volume production and distribution is 6 months off

International flights are reduced or eliminated to help contain spread of the flu

Billions are lost on international commerce, affecting millions of jobs around the world

US imports from Asian factories halted as Asian workers fall ill, US inventories drop

International trade devastated

US economy feels effects of loss of productivity due to millions of workers out sick

Financial markets hit by panic selling, gold prices soar

Run on banks as investors convert to cash

Hospitals see surge in flu patients overwhelming staff and supplies, only those most likely to live given access to limited available ventilators

Healthcare workers and first responders out sick or stay home to care for ill family members

Public events are canceled and schools are closed

Government offices closed, non essential services shut down

Social services reduced or eliminated. Services still functioning are overwhelmed

Public transportation halted

Air traffic halted due to air traffic controllers, airport staff and flight crews out sick

Interstate commerce greatly reduced with truck drivers, warehouse and rail workers out sick

Food deliveries, gas deliveries, other essential supplies all reduced or eliminated

Grocery stores close due to shipments being eliminated

Food distribution chain from farm to stores breaks down

Travel restricted, quarantines mandatory, enforced by National Guard

Widespread looting and riots over food shortages and access to healthcare

Local, State police and National Guard overwhelmed

Social structure breaks down

Domestic violence increases as people are forced to stay home

Loss of workers affects all businesses across the economy, including finance, sanitation, utilities, internet, distribution, energy, retail, tourism and travel

Utility outages increase as coal shipments are reduced and minimum required staffs at power plants and water plants are out sick

Funeral homes are overwhelmed as bodies stack up

2nd wave of pandemic bird flu hits

Global economy will take years to recover from catastrophic losses and loss of trained employees who died

Does the above scare you? Think it won’t happen? Well this is the exact scenario your local, state and federal governments are training and planning for. How would you survive? It has always been recommended to keep 3 days of supplies on hand to survive a natural disaster. We have seen how the federal government handles natural disasters. The above scenario isn?t for 3 days or 3 weeks. It might last up to 3 years.

How would you survive being housebound for several months? What if you couldn’t go to work or to the grocery store? What if you had love ones that were sick? You need to stay informed about a possible bird flu pandemic and learn how to provide for yourself and your family. It may not happen in the near future but health experts agree it will happen. It is just a matter of time.

Left and Right in a Divided Europe

Even as West European countries seemed to have edged to the right of the political map – all three polities of central Europe lurched to the left. Socialists were elected to replace economically successful right wing governments in Poland, Hungary and, recently, in the Czech Republic.

This apparent schism is, indeed, merely an apparition. The differences between reformed left and new right in both parts of the continent have blurred to the point of indistinguishability. French socialists have privatized more than their conservative predecessors. The Tories still complain bitterly that Tony Blair, with his nondescript “Third Way”, has stolen their thunder.

Nor are the “left” and “right” ideologically monolithic and socially homogeneous continental movements. The central European left is more preoccupied with a social – dare I say socialist – agenda than any of its Western coreligionists. Equally, the central European right is less individualistic, libertarian, religious, and conservative than any of its Western parallels – and much more nationalistic and xenophobic. It sometimes echoes the far right in Western Europe – rather than the center-right, mainstream, middle-class orientated parties in power.

Moreover, the right’s victories in Western Europe – in Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy – are not without a few important exceptions – notably Britain and, perhaps, come September, Germany. Nor is the left’s clean sweep of the central European electoral slate either complete or irreversible. With the exception of the outgoing Czech government, not one party in this volatile region has ever remained in power for more than one term. Murmurs of discontent are already audible in Poland and Hungary.

Left and right are imported labels with little explanatory power or relevance to central Europe. To fathom the political dynamics of this region, one must realize that the core countries of central Europe (the Czech Republic, Hungary and, to a lesser extent, Poland) experienced industrial capitalism in the inter-war period. Thus, a political taxonomy based on urbanization and industrialization may prove to be more powerful than the classic left-right dichotomy.

THE RURAL versus THE URBAN

The enmity between the urban and the bucolic has deep historical roots. When the teetering Roman Empire fell to the Barbarians (410-476 AD), five centuries of existential insecurity and mayhem ensued. Vassals pledged allegiance and subservience to local lords in return for protection against nomads and marauders. Trading was confined to fortified medieval cities.

Even as it petered out in the west, feudalism remained entrenched in the prolix codices and patents of the Habsburg Austro-Hungarian empire which encompassed central Europe and collapsed only in 1918. Well into the twentieth century, the majority of the denizens of these moribund swathes of the continent worked the land. This feudal legacy of a brobdignagian agricultural sector in, for instance, Poland – now hampers the EU accession talks.

Vassals were little freer than slaves. In comparison, burghers, the inhabitants of the city, were liberated from the bondage of the feudal labour contract. As a result, they were able to acquire private possessions and the city acted as supreme guarantor of their property rights. Urban centers relied on trading and economic might to obtain and secure political autonomy.

John of Paris, arguably one of the first capitalist cities (at least according to Braudel), wrote: “(The individual) had a right to property which was not with impunity to be interfered with by superior authority – because it was acquired by (his) own efforts” (in Georges Duby, “The age of the Cathedrals: Art and Society, 980-1420, Chicago, Chicago University Press, 1981). Max Weber, in his opus, “The City” (New York, MacMillan, 1958) wrote optimistically about urbanization: “The medieval citizen was on the way towards becoming an economic man … the ancient citizen was a political man.”

But communism halted this process. It froze the early feudal frame of mind of disdain and derision towards “non-productive”, “city-based” vocations. Agricultural and industrial occupations were romantically extolled by communist parties everywhere. The cities were berated as hubs of moral turpitude, decadence and greed. Ironically, avowed anti-communist right wing populists, like Hungary’s former prime minister, Orban, sought to propagate these sentiments, to their electoral detriment.

Communism was an urban phenomenon – but it abnegated its “bourgeoisie” pedigree. Private property was replaced by communal ownership. Servitude to the state replaced individualism. Personal mobility was severely curtailed. In communism, feudalism was restored.

Very like the Church in the Middle Ages, communism sought to monopolize and permeate all discourse, all thinking, and all intellectual pursuits. Communism was characterized by tensions between party, state and the economy – exactly as the medieval polity was plagued by conflicts between church, king and merchants-bankers.

In communism, political activism was a precondition for advancement and, too often, for personal survival. John of Salisbury might as well have been writing for a communist agitprop department when he penned this in “Policraticus” (1159 AD): “…if (rich people, people with private property) have been stuffed through excessive greed and if they hold in their contents too obstinately, (they) give rise to countless and incurable illnesses and, through their vices, can bring about the ruin of the body as a whole”. The body in the text being the body politic.

Workers, both industrial and agricultural, were lionized and idolized in communist times. With the implosion of communism, these frustrated and angry rejects of a failed ideology spawned many grassroots political movements, lately in Poland, in the form of “Self Defence”. Their envied and despised enemies are the well-educated, the intellectuals, the self-proclaimed new elite, the foreigner, the minority, the rich, and the remote bureaucrat in Brussels.

Like in the West, the hinterland tends to support the right. Orban’s Fidesz lost in Budapest in the recent elections – but scored big in villages and farms throughout Hungary. Agrarian and peasant parties abound in all three central European countries and often hold the balance of power in coalition governments.

THE YOUNG and THE NEW versus THE TIRED and THE TRIED

The cult of youth in central Europe was an inevitable outcome of the utter failure of older generations. The allure of the new and the untried often prevailed over the certainty of the tried and failed. Many senior politicians, managers, entrepreneurs and journalists across this region are in their 20′s or 30′s.

Yet, the inexperienced temerity of the young has often led to voter disillusionment and disenchantment. Many among the young are too identified with the pratfalls of “reform”. Age and experience reassert themselves through the ballot boxes – and with them the disingenuous habits of the past. Many of the “old, safe hands” are former communists disingenuously turned socialists turned democrats turned capitalists. As even revolutionaries age, they become territorial and hidebound. Turf wars are likely to intensify rather then recede.

THE TECHNOCRATS / EXPERTS versus THE LOBBYIST-MANAGERS

Communist managers – always the quintessential rent-seekers – were trained to wheedle politicians, lobby the state and cadge for subsidies and bailouts, rather than respond to market signals. As communism imploded, the involvement of the state in the economy – and the resources it commanded – contracted. Multilateral funds are tightly supervised. Communist-era “directors” – their skills made redundant by these developments – were shockingly and abruptly confronted with merciless market realities.

Predictably they flopped and were supplanted by expert managers and technocrats, more attuned to markets and to profits, and committed to competition and other capitalistic tenets. The decrepit, “privatized” assets of the dying system expropriated by the nomenclature were soon acquired by foreign investors, or shut down. The old guard has decisively lost its capital – both pecuniary and political.

Political parties which relied on these cronies for contributions and influence-peddling – are in decline. Those that had the foresight to detach themselves from the venality and dissipation of “the system” are on the ascendance. From Haiderism to Fortuynism and from Lepper to Medgyessy – being an outsider is a distinct political advantage in both west and east alike.

THE BUREAUCRATS versus THE POLITICIANS

The notion of an a-political civil service and its political – though transient – masters is alien to post communist societies. Every appointment in the public sector, down to the most insignificant sinecure, is still politicized. Yet, the economic decline precipitated by the transition to free markets, forced even the most backward political classes to appoint a cadre of young, foreign educated, well-traveled, dynamic, and open minded bureaucrats.

These are no longer a negligible minority. Nor are they bereft of political assets. Their power and ubiquity increase with every jerky change of government. Their public stature, expertise, and contacts with their foreign counterparts threaten the lugubrious and supernumerary class of professional politicians – many of whom are ashen remnants of the communist conflagration. Hence the recent politically-tainted attempts to curb the powers of central bankers in Poland and the Czech Republic.

THE NATIONALISTS versus THE EUROPEANS

The malignant fringe of far-right nationalism and far left populism in central Europe is more virulent and less sophisticated than its counterparts in Austria, Denmark, Italy, France, or the Netherlands. With the exception of Poland, though, it is on the wane.

Populists of all stripes combine calls for a thinly disguised “strong man” dictatorship with exclusionary racist xenophobia, strong anti-EU sentiments, conspiracy theory streaks of paranoia, the revival of an imaginary rustic and family-centered utopia, fears of unemployment and economic destitution, regionalism and local patriotism.

Though far from the mainstream and often derided and ignored – they succeeded to radicalize both the right and the left in central Europe, as they have done in the west. Thus, mainstream parties were forced to adopt a more assertive foreign policy tinged with ominous nationalism (Hungary) and anti-Europeanism (Poland, Hungary). There has been a measurable shift in public opinion as well – towards disenchantment with EU enlargement and overtly exclusionary nationalism. This was aided by Brussels’ lukewarm welcome, discriminatory and protectionist practices, and bureaucratic indecisiveness.

These worrisome tendencies are balanced by the inertia of the process. Politicians of all colors are committed to the European project. Carping aside, the countries of central Europe stand to reap significant economic benefits from their EU membership. Still, the outcome of this clash between parochial nationalism and Europeanism is far from certain and, contrary to received wisdom, the process is reversible.

THE CENTRALISTS versus THE REGIONALISTS

The recent bickering about the Benes decrees proves that the vision of a “Europe of regions” is ephemeral. True, the century old nation state has weakened greatly and the centripetal energy of regions has increased. But this applies only to homogeneous states.

Minorities tend to disrupt this continuity and majorities do their damnedest to eradicate these discontinuities by various means – from assimilation (central Europe) to extermination (the Balkan). Hungary’s policies – its status law and the economic benefits it bestowed upon expatriate Hungarians – is the epitome of such tendencies.

These axes of tension delineate and form central Europe’s political landscape. The Procrustean categories of “left” and “right” do injustice to these subtleties. As central Europe matures into fully functioning capitalistic liberal democracies, proper leftwing parties and their rightwing adversaries are bound to emerge. But this is still in the future.

Screening Trucks and Containers Coming Into Our Country

November 7th, 2009 admin No comments

We presently have adequate sniffer devices in this country to help us screen the trucks and containers coming into this country at our checkpoints and ports. Now we should be conducting massive recording of odors of trucking shipments and containers for database evaluations to insure that we do not unnecessarily impede the flow of trade or delay parts needed to run our economic powerhouse. We must provide for security and proper flow without creating additional choke points or create stoppage, which will result in billions in lost productivity. By having huge databases of sampling we will be able to determine and to find anomalies in rogue transportation events and prevent an attack on our homeland.
We need to know exactly how well the sniffers work, when they go astray labeling something as hazardous, radiologically threatening or biologically unsafe. There are many substances and chemicals, which are contained with in legitimate products, which are quite safe and properly controlled and relatively harmless in their uses. A container stopped due to radiological readings maybe a much-needed piece of equipment on it’s way to a hospital to save lives. Or a chemical, which is much needed in water treatment to prevent biological risks to human life and water supply.
Eventually we may see Sniffer Sensors inside trucks and containers as the ultimate answer.

http://worldthinktank.net/wttbbs/index.php?showtopic=251

But at first we will need sensors and sniffers attached to infrastructure such as Highway bridges, port cranes, hand helds for Coast Guard personal boarding foreign ships, land border crossings and airports.
False alarms and unneeded impeding of our highways, border crossings, airports and ports will only lead to citizen and trading partner mistrust and will cost the country and the GDP in unnecessary decreases in national productivity. We need to get our ducks in a row and start by designing multi-sensor database profiles, which take into consideration normal shipments and everyday acceptable movements of products, raw materials and parts. By doing this we can prevent the gridlocks at airports while still catching shoe bombers, stop biological contaminants and weapons while still allowing for cross border trade and rest assure that the sum of all fears floating into one of our ports never makes it onto the docks, without impeding the flow of trade or upsetting our trusted trading partners, which has made the United States what it is today.
We must not live in fear and we must protect our homeland. By having large databases, which can instantly profile shipments we will be that much closer to the security we are trying to achieve and keep us at a level of safety that we deserve. It took a long time to build this great nation, we need to play it smart, set up the last lines of defense in a way that is becoming of our status as the number one economic powerhouse in the world.
Protection of our trucking, aviation, railways, port infrastructures is of primary concern, preventing weapons of mass destruction into our country has never been of greater importance, so lets get this show on the road, figure out what we need, enter the data into the databases, test the system, make corrections and keep the flow efficient, it is the only way to win this war on terror without giving up our quality of life, number one world status or right of free travel in our own country.
If you have thoughts on transportation or shipping security, which will solve the problems we face in this new era of terror without sacrificing the streamlined nature of our currents infrastructures and system, then lets here those ideas now.

God Is My Boss

Ijust figured everyone talked to God.

All my life I could sense there was a world beyond the one I could see with my eyes. I lived in a world of fantasy, and had many conversations with my host of “imaginary” friends. I spent a lot of time alone, and felt more comfortable in the presence of these invisible characters than I did with my friends and family.

I started to lose my hearing at the age of 8, and because I had difficulty hearing what anyone was saying to me, I spent even more time by myself reading, fantasizing and daydreaming.

From there, things got very strange during the night. While I tried to sleep, I would have what seemed like strange experiences of being “trapped” in my body, and the next moment float out of my body, but then I would be “trapped” in the room, and the room would expand like a balloon, and I would expand to cover the whole room but never be able to get out. Sometimes I would travel out of my body, floating outside of it. I found it was easy for me to travel this way. However I still had a feeling of being contained. My parents would find me in my room, talking to someone and ripping off my clothes. Or I would be taking apart the phone and the radio trying to figure out how communication was actually established through these devices. Nothing made any sense to me during that time. I felt this intense need to know certain things. Where did I come from? Why am I here? What is Heaven? I didn’t find anybody who could answer my questions!

One morning I woke up and as I came up the stairs, I found my mother sitting on the couch, looking at me in a frightened way.

She asked, “Are you okay?” and I answered “uh-huh.” Then she asked me, “Do you remember anything of last night?” and I said “No”, because I didn’t remember anything. “Well” she then said “You were doing very strange things, and your father and I are very concerned.” This particular remark became a turning point at which I stopped having conversations in my mind with God and my imaginary friends. The behaviors and dreams at night also came to an end.

From then I had a normal happy childhood. I studied, I got good grades, I was well liked. Not surprisingly during high school I developed a wild-streak and always looked for adventure. I was constantly surrounded by friends, and lived entirely in an external world. I drank. I partied. I played sports. I dated. I studied.

In College I pushed things to the extreme, because I was bored. It made no sense to me that I would study as hard as I could, so that I could work as I hard as I could. That I would be able to save up some money to pay bills, go on a few vacations, and eventually retire and die. It made no sense to me, whatsoever. I wanted it all to make more sense than it did. So I partied like crazy. I slept with total strangers. And in my out of control behavior, I gained 60 pounds. I just didn’t care. I kept on drinking. I started smoking, taking drugs and kept acting like I was having fun. But really, I couldn’t believe I was stuck in this little hellhole called Earth. I just wanted to not be in pain anymore. I wanted to feel alive, to have an adventure, to feel peace and be happy, but I just didn’t know how to accomplish these things. And so I lived every day as if it were my last.

One day during the fall of 1988, I knew something had to change in me.

One morning I woke up and found my mother sitting on the couch as I came up the stairs and she was looking at me as if she was completely scared of me.

I was a total mess. I was in a completely impossible situation and the only thing I could think of to do was to get on my knees and ask God for help. I needed a miracle, and knew that on my own I was incapable of accomplishing anything meaningful. Within a month I was in Florida, a whole new environment.

It was a fresh new start. I got accepted into the university. I stopped drinking and smoking and joined a gym. I lost weight. I studied hard and got good grades. I was writing in a journal and communicating with God again. I was happy.

But the difficulty, always, is maintaining a continuing relationship with something you cannot even see with your eyes. I believed in God, but at that time in my life I only turned to Him when I needed help.

As soon as things started getting good, I would forget about God. Before long, I was drinking again and smoking and screwing up all my relationships and constantly worrying and depressed and angry and sad and lonely. I’d have brief moments of happiness and success, but these moments were indeed moments.

Things would get good, and then they would get bad. There was no consistency in my life. There was joy, followed by fear. But I was mostly afraid. On the surface, I had everything: a great relationship, an amazing job, lots of money, great friends, a terrific family but inside I knew I was a total fraud. I knew that my so-called “successful life” was a house of cards, and that if I let down my guard for one second, the whole thing would crumble in an instant. So I became vigilant to be the perfect girlfriend, the perfect employee, the perfect daughter. I worked all the time, never letting myself relax, not even for one second. I was exhausted trying to keep it all going. And then everything fell apart. I felt so exhausted. In order to cope, I was drinking a lot of alcohol and smoking a pack of cigarettes every day.

I was happy again.

And that’s when A Course in Miracles dropped into my life. I didn’t understand a word it said at first, but deep within me I knew that it was Jesus and that it was the answer to my prayers.

I also knew that if I simply followed the instructions and did the Workbook lessons every day and got into a daily practice of communicating with God, I would be led directly into an experience of only love, that wouldn’t go away. What I did not anticipate was the magnitude of my own transformation.

At first I got little glimpses, small miraculous happenings. I suddenly noticed I never got sick anymore. I would wake up happy. I felt hopeful. I came to know moments of total relaxation and peace, and that was the biggest miracle of all.

The turning point for me was July 4, 2000. Things were beginning to get really good in my life, but I knew that I had only scratched the surface of my own awakening to the Peace of God. More than anything, I wanted this to happen now. So I stood in my living room and declared God as my new boss. I had no idea what that meant or what might happen, but I knew that I had to call on forces unseen to get the kind of results I desired.

I knew that writing a letter, responding to an ad, or making phone calls, putting my name on a petition, volunteering or doing good deeds would never compare to leaping into the unknown and trusting that there was a force that would enter fully into my life at my request.

Six days later, on July 10th, I lost my job. That’s when I knew the adventure had really begun. I made a decision to spend the next year writing a book about A Course in Miracles. I would use my savings and dedicate my life entirely to God. I had an idea that if I followed the instructions in the workbook exactly as stated without compromise, that I would know the truth.

I had seen many books written by people after they had a transformational experience, but I had never seen a book written during the process. So it was my idea that I’d make a total commitment to God and spend a year doing the workbook lessons and document my own awakening. And that’s exactly what I did.

What ended up happening was that as I was approaching the end of that year, I was happier but still experienced moments of depression, worry, confusion and sadness, and I knew that something was still missing. A Course in Miracles promises only love and since that was not my experience after doing all the work I’d done, I figured the book was just another feel-good self-help book and I gave up entirely. I screamed and cried. I felt totally alone. I abandoned all faith in God. I told him I was giving up. He could go to hell. I quit.

It felt like total defeat. I simply did not have the strength to continue on a path that seemed to wind on to nowhere. And now that I’d been out of a job for a year, I figured no one would hire me and I had no money. It was a totally impossible situation. Two days later an angel appeared before my eyes.

At first I thought she was a human being, a well-dressed woman in her Sixties with a strong Dutch accent, but it instantly became apparent to me that she was not from this world. I knew almost immediately she’d been sent in by God to help me. She laughed a lot. Her simple presence filled me with hope and joy, and a complete renewal of my faith in God.

From there, everything sped up really fast. Other angels arrived. Then more. Then more. They said if I wanted to go to Heaven they could bring me there. They said the door was open, that I could leave anytime I wanted to, and all I needed was the desire. So I said yes show me.

That I did NOT anticipate was the magnitude of my own transformation.

I was lifted out of time. I have difficulty describing the experience in words. Everything got really white and bright. My body no longer contained me at all. I was free, I knew I was limitless and eternal, that death was impossible. Overwhelming feelings of peace and joy and happiness enveloped me, and I knew then I was forever safe in God. All time and space disappeared entirely and I knew I wasn’t in the world anymore. I could see that there was no space or distance or time, and that all things are joined in perfect Oneness with God.

And then I felt myself being drawn back into my body, but everything was totally different, as if I’d been replaced while I was gone. I suddenly had no desire to drink or smoke. It was a complete transformation. I dropped 50 pounds practically overnight, with no effort at all. Complete awareness of my Identity as God’s Son was restored to my awareness. Now I know salvation of my world does depend on me. That all power is given me and there is nothing outside of me and I am responsible for everything I see.

And so now I know that A Course in Miracles truly is a course in MIRACLES. You must have a direct encounter with the light. There’s no other way. It’s impossible to understand the course alone, without a teacher. The only way to get to a place where you can see that there is only love is by undergoing an experience of rebirth and resurrection. You must wake up in order to know you’ve been dreaming. Reading and studying the concepts of the course will give you a pleasant experience and occasional glimpses of insight, but it is only by springing into Heaven personally that you will know. You must have an experience, which will show you the truth.

Ask, and you shall receive.

Amen.

It’s a real place.

The Leo Wanta Saga, Pt. 5: Leo Wanta, Sent To Arrest Rich, Tells What Really ‘Went Down’ In Switzerland

October 21st, 2009 admin No comments

Author: Greg Szymanski
Source: articlecity.com

Mid-April 2006: The Patrick Fitzgerald investigation is spilling over across the pond to Switzerland, trying to trace the bank swindling and dirty dealings of Clinton-Bush bagman and Mossad agent, Marc Rich.

Sources near Fitzgerald claim the crime-busting Chicago special prosecutor is delving into why Rich was tipped off and able to evade a 1993 arrest attempt, ordered by FBI director William Sessions.

Those watching the Plamegate investigation hope Fitzgerald is the ‘real deal’ and not just providing a neo con dog and pony show, but sources claim the investigation is now meticulously looking into bank swindles by the Bush-Clinton mob, amounting to more than a trillion dollars, involving money earmarked for the U.S. Treasury.

And bank account records – tracing more than $750 billion of missing or stolen money – have been already provided as public record by Leo Wanta, the former U.S. Treasury agent assigned by Sessions to put the finger on Rich. (See accounts listed below).

In a telephone conversation Friday, Wanta said he still keeps the official 1993 Rich arrest warrant, as proof-positive the events took place as he reported.

However, in a strange turn of events, Wanta was jailed for his efforts, placed for 134 days in a Swiss dungeon, as Rich was allowed to slip free in a move, according to Wanta, leading to the theft of hundreds of billions- if not trillions – of U.S. Treasury funds by the Bush-Clinton mob.

After Wanta was framed and put in jail, reports linking Hillary Clinton to dipping into the Wanta-controlled accounts were recently verified by overseas investigators.

Investigators claim the First Lady travelled to Grenada, ordering a bank transfer from Bank Crozier Limite, Grand Anse P.O. Box 1005, St George’s Grenada, West Indies.

Although the amount Clinton pilfered is unknown, estimates are she withdrew approximately $250 milliion from a Leo Wanta-controlled account, an account to be transferred to the U.S. Treasury listed under Marvelous Investment Limited, bank account number A/C 374-250.

Wanta, released form a long jail term last October, also said this week in a telephone conversation he has provided new information to overseas investigators in an effort to uncover even more of the stolen money, as he is fast on the trail on the vast sum of money with the help of foreign investigators and sophisticated computer software

“They are now messing with my computer, but so far we’ve successfully traced well over a trillion dollars and there is more to come, I’m sure,” said Wanta, adding the original source of the money came from a financial scheme he put together on behalf of President Ronald Reagan to destabilize the Soviet currency at the end of the Cold War, subsequently amassing a fortune now amounting to more than 27.5 trillion dollars.

“We did so well with what we did, Bush and Clinton wanted to copy our methods. When I didn’t play all with them, they wanted me out of the way so they could get their hands on the money.”

After the Cold War ended, the money was placed in overseas accounts, Wanta being appointed legal guardian of the fortune by President Reagan with the understanding it be returned to the American people to be used for schools, roads and even infrastructure improvements in Louisiana to bolster the inadequate levee system..

To Wanta’s detractors and skeptics, a 2003 federal court ruling, docket no. 02-1363-A, dated April 15, 2003, by Federal Judge Bruce Lee affirmed Wanta’s position as legal trustor with the obligation to return a major portion of the money after taxes and trustor expenses back to the U.S. Treasury.

But when Bush senior and Clinton took over the reins of the White House, according to Wanta, things changed, as the vast sum of money was treated more like their own personal slush fund instead of property of the American people.

And the story and fight for the money became downright ugly right about the first week in July 2003, a time when Fitzgerald is now supposedly entering the scene, as a part of the original probe into the outing of CIA agent Valerie Plame, leading to the arrest of White House lackey Lewis ‘Scooter’ Libby.

But in Switzerland that first week in July a lot more than the failed arrest of Rich arrest took place, including a visit by the late deputy White House counsel, Vince Foster, killed in a Washington park on his return to Washington D.C. on July 20, 1993.

According to Wanta, who recently appeared on Greg Szymanski’s radio show, The Investigative Journal, he said the events surrounding Rich and Foster went like this:

“I was ordered in my capacity as Treasury agent and appointed Ambassador to arrest Marc Rich and bring him back to the States. However, I found out he was tipped off by Mossad agents not to meet with me. Rich then escaped, fleeing Switzerland.

“At the same time, I was ordered to give Vince Foster $250 million dollars earmarked for the Childrens Fund. It took us a few days to make the proper transactions of roughly $81 million each and then Foster left with the money for Washington.

“Then, for no reason, I was shackled by Swiss authorities and put in a Swiss dungeon, where I ended up spending 134 days. I found out Vince had heard about what happened and made attempts through the State Department to find out what happened and to get me out. But the next thing I heard, a Swiss guard passed on a message that Vince Foster was dead.

“Then later Itzhak Rabin tried to help, sending a letter which I have retained as proof. However, when authorities got word he was traveling to Switzerland on my behalf, I was immediately flown to the States, where I was charged with a trumped up Wisconsin state income tax charge, leading to a 20 year jail term.

“I finally was released last October. I don’t know why, but I am now in the process of trying to account for the 27.5 trillion as well as account for the stolen money. They, being Bush and Clinton, really wanted me out of the way all these years so I couldn’t return the money, but they didn’t expect the federal court ruling in 2003 which I filed and prevailed.

“It’s interesting they haven’t appealed and now time has run out. I know they don’t want anyone to know about this story and that is why the press has stayed silent.”

Although Wanta has no idea what happened to the $250 million Foster had in his possession when he left Switzerland, the Fitzgerald probe needs to connect the dots in order to determine the real purpose of the Childrens Defense Fund, chaired by Hillary Clinton, and said to be used as her own personal slush fund, as well as front for CIA covert domestic and foreign operations.

It’s also interesting to note the FBI and Kenneth Starr investigation into Vince Foster’s death never looked into to his meeting in Switzerland as well as fully investigating the importance and disappearance of the $250 million dollars in Foster’s possession when he left Switzerland.

Further, it should be remembered Rabin also wanted to help Wanta, sending him a letter still in Wanta’s possession. Investigators, who believe Foster was assassinated, also point out Rabin met the same fate, being assassinated as well in 1995.

THE WORLD’S BIGGEST-EVER BANK!NG HEIST

This was nothing less than the biggest bank heist in the history of humanity. No less than $742.5 billion of funds — admittedly raised for what we consider to be thoroughly evil New Underworld Order purposes — was misappropriated. Wanta, a servant of the US Presidency, was engaged in the fund-raising and speaks German when telephoned. This is the language of the high-level Illuminati. However Wanta is a technical operative, working, or so he always assumed, for the President of the United States.

Moreover we know that is loyalty to the presidency was exploited by the Illuminati, probably without (as is often the case with technicians) him understanding the broader picture, because he told Investigators in May 2004 that the funds had been raised to support the ‘Global Security Environment’, which, judging by the tone of his comments, he did net consider to be a worthy project. .As a patriotic American, he was dismayed about the ‘New World Order’ generally

It should be noted, The United States government is the designated enforcement arm of the Illuminati and their associates (like Germany in WWI), who are engaged in the Judaic Masonic Program to impose the New Underworld Order.

That is why the United States has 700 bases worldwide which require massive continuing injections of liquidity and why Britain is constantly reducing its armed forces. This is part of the meaning of Leo Wanta’s phrase ‘Global Security Environment’. The Germans are surreptitiously doing the opposite to the British with their military as they have a special status in the New Underworld Ordnung. But that takes us into territory beyond the scope of this update in the geo-financial impasse surrounding Leo Wanta, a brave and loyal intelligence officer and servant of successive Presidents of the United States.

When terrorists strike ever India relations between Pakistan and India were strained. This is because the evidence provided by intelligence authorities and the terrorists who captured these terrorists have links with Pakistan. But the government of Pakistan denies the charge each time. The fact is that these Islamic terrorists were trained by the service of Pakistan between intelligence authorities as confessed by one of the terrorists captured recently in Mumbai. On 26 November, two groups of terrorists causing widespread devastation at five locations in India's financial capital. They targeted large crowded places like railway station in Mumbai and three five-star hotels. The people affected are citizens of different developed nations like the U.S., UK, Germany, etc. This attack also lead to loss of ownership of several crores of rupees. According to some experts, a small group of Islamic fundamentalists involved in this kind of extremist militants. and terrorist activities worldwide. Even Pakistan is also facing this problem more often. Islamic fundamentalists from various Islamic countries operating under different names, such as Lashkar e Toiba, Jehadi, and several other Islamic names. Its aim is to shock, killing people, etc. It also wants to reduce the number of foreign tourists visiting India, showing them through this type of extremist acts that India is not safe. Its most important goal seems to be to demonstrate that India is not a safe haven for investments. Due to the terrorist attacks on citizens' fundamental rights as the right to liberty, freedom of expression, right to life, etc. would be violated. The recent bombings in Mumbai also lead to the closure of the Bombay Stock Exchange for several days. According to some experts, investment would also be affected in the long term. Many hotels lost a considerable amount of their customers due to the cancellation of travel to Mumbai hence tourism would also be affected leading to the decline in government revenues to hotels and businesses. Many schools, colleges and other organizations that were closed for several days. Thus, the recent terrorist attacks disrupted normal life in Mumbai for several days. Infact, the whole country was in a state of shock because attacks resembled 9 / 11 attacks in the U.S.. Unfortunately, India does not have adequate infrastructure for crisis management. It took about nine hours for security officials of the National Guard to reach the affected sites to control the grenade attacks reshuffle. Due to lack of proper equipment against three police officers on duty in India, two of the leading generals of the army, plus many other security personnel killed in combat with terrorists in the recent Mumbai bomb attack. There is also criticism of the intelligence authorities of India for neglecting the warnings of terrorist groups. The failure of the coast guard, naval intelligence, lack of political will to address this threat, etc., are cited as the most important reasons for the recent attack in Mumbai. This attack has opened the eyes of the Indian government. Prime Minister of India convened a meeting of all parties after the attack to discuss measures to be taken to prevent such attacks in the future, politicians and officials were asked to quit, the government decided to open four centers new security guard at the metropolitan cities of India, planning to start a new agency to fight terrorism namely the Federal Investigation Agency, security along the coastal regions of India was reinforced, the modernization of police powers and improve crisis management infrastructure were the other most important measures taken by the central government in the after math of the attacks in Mumbai. It is surprising to note that a group of terrorists with a huge cache of arms and ammunition traveled in the Arab ocean for several days but was not captured by security officials. Besides that they could enter easily with grenades, guns, etc in five star hotels in Mumbai, India's commercial capital. India has the third largest scientific manpower in the world that must be used effectively to prevent recurrence of such attacks. All the vital points must have CCTV and some additional staff should be recruited to monitor suspicious movements, both at sea and ashore.

The Building of an Olympic Team; an Allegory of the War in Iraq

So often in the media we hear questions like when will we bring our troops home from Iraq? Staying the course is important, we all know it makes no sense to cut and run. Others ask: What are we doing in Iraq, why we are there, when we carry out, what is the mission anyway. Well, these, of course, are all really good questions. Let me help you understand exactly what we are doing in Iraq and in the abstract to explain what we must do to complete our mission. Now my allegory is a work in progress, hope you like it, if not maybe I can warn other items to add or change, so we can carry this message to others. This way everyone can understand through this visual image. Consider first a ski lift ski with a chamber at the bottom of the mountain and grandstand seats at the top. Think of the Winter Olympics, where the best teams in the world join in the celebration, all have much in common, having sacrificed the long hours of training and years endure to reach this point of freedom. We know it is the symbol of the five Olympic rings and now we realize that this may also correspond to five very important things in Islam, the "five pillars". Think of the three rings at the bottom are Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds, and the two rings on top are: Freedom and self-determined Destiny (not dictatorship). This is the allegory as we ascend the majestic mountain to take our place with other countries: 1.) Enter the chairlift House (Go to Baghdad) after being expelled from the United Nations inspections, to meet the obligations set in United Nations resolutions. We were not allowed to enter. We did. 2.) Get on the chairlift at the bottom (remove Saddam) to allow people to get on the elevator to reach the top of the hill. It symbolizes the pursuit of dreams and happiness. Self-determination. 3.) Travel for the long climb upward (Going the Distance) symbolizing Braving the cold and hardship. Voting with their fingers purple. Protecting freedom, training for competition. "A long road to victory is a must win. There is no easy way. Never give up!" The United States is the coach and we are there to support. Win or lose, not to help bring the team. 4.) As a "free Iraq" (Join the global community) in the drive to enjoy all there is to develop trade and commerce and friends among all nations of the world. To move forward as a respected team with all the other nations that have gone through the rigorous training, sacrifice and pain to get there. We understand we are all one. 5.) Stay on top of the mountain and look down the valley, (A place of peace, liberty and freedom) and we know we are here today because of the best countries in the world and our children will be free to decide their future; an Iraq proud to have made the tough climb to the summit and made much faster than any other nation in the Prior (thanks to our coach for the U.S.). We came from the dictatorship, through civil unrest, constitution, and now as one, among the leading nations of the free world! "However, I sincerely hope you enjoyed this allegory, and I hope it will be in the" war in Iraq "as more than a simple war, is much more than that. There is no way to build an Olympic team from zero in such a short space of time without that dedication, commitment and sacrifice. In fact we must go forward, as history has shown that perseverance is the only way to achieve this noble goal.'s not just the reconstruction of Iraq and this is just another war. We are building world unity, the unity movement and this is the ingredients of an Olympic team, everyone on Earth can be proud. Consider this in 2006. "Lance Winslow" — Online Think Tank forum board.
